Day by Day
Day 1
Arrival in Pyrgos , Local Santorini Beyond the Crowds
You arrive privately and transfer to your Pyrgos residence, positioned above the main tourist flow. A light orientation sets the pace for the days ahead. In the late afternoon, a guided walk follows quieter village routes and viewpoints, revealing Santorini through atmosphere and everyday life rather than itinerary. The evening is kept intentionally simple , dinner reservations can be arranged if desired, but there is no fixed agenda.
Day 2
Volcanic Wine & Signature Sunset
The morning opens with structured village routing through Megalochori, designed to encounter the island through its architecture, vineyard landscape, and small-scale craft environments. A curated winery visit follows, with a tasting led by the winery team and a light lunch if arranged in advance. Late afternoon returns you to the private residence for downtime before the evening's centrepiece: a private sunset setting with a live performance by a specific local musician and instrument maker. Wine is served as the light shifts.
Day 3
Flexible Exploration & Departure , Clean Closure
The final morning is flexible by design. Choose an optional walk, a viewpoint visit, or simply a quieter variation based on energy and preference. There is no rush, and no script. The experience ends as it began , on your terms.
